Executive Coaching: We believe in the power of personal growth. We provide customized coaching journeys for senior leaders with aspirations to improve their leadership effectiveness. We work with tools including the Leadership Circle Profile to help leaders understand their current impact and identify what is needed to become an even more effective leader. We work together with our clients to create a development plan to make change last.

Team Development
Team effectiveness journeys. We design and deliver journeys to create space for teams to engage in meaningful dialogue to better understand what is happening today and to co-create their future way of being and doing together to maximize team effectiveness. These journeys are custom designed to take into account important considerations for each client including company culture, values, and shared beliefs.

Team Coaching: We use proven methodologies and exercises to conduct team coaching journeys for teams that are committed to improving the way they work and play together. Our approach helps teams (and partnerships) co-create their desired ways of being and doing together and helps them create systems to hold each other accountable to achieve their aspirations.
